Laura Lascoe is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Banyan Media. Like the banyan tree itself, her interests and experiences have branched out and developed multiple roots over the course of her career to cover a diverse array of talents. She holds advanced degrees in multiple fields such as Bachelor of Musical Performance - Clarinet and minoring in Holocaust History at Chapman University, a degree from the University of Hawaii - KCC in the Culinary Arts, and a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Her eclectic spirit has led her to have a unique insight into the contemporary communication and design needs of companies from a wide range of fields. For the past several years, Laura has channeled her remarkable passion into offering cutting edge social media and digital communication services to her clients. She believes that businesses, like any organism, either evolve or they die. Her inspiration for creating Banyan Media was to use this time of social change and media outreach as a catalyst to promote business and increase exposure.
